Once you drop down, head down the hallway and through the door on the left. It’ll follow you, so keep moving quickly through the vent. It’ll go underneath to follow you to the other side, so when you have an opening, run to the other side and start climbing up. The living hand will appear and try to get you, so run to the table on the other side and climb up. Climb over the metal shelf in front of you, then drop down. The hand will wiggle off of the body on the operating table, so keep an eye out for it. Push it to the side and crawl underneath the table. Move through this room until you reach a box blocking your way at the end.
Six will boost you through it, and now you have to find a way to bring her through. Then, turn around and head all the way down the hallway, past the door you came in. If you head to the back of this area, you’ll also find glitching remains. This will lead you into a hallway with several different prosthetic body parts strewn about. Open it up and head inside.Ĭontinue moving through this very creepy room and through the door on the other side. Then, take the elevator back up and head up to the room with the locked door on the second level to the right of the staircase. Once it’s done, hop back in and grab the key. Push the stuffed animal in the hole, then pull the lever. This will take you down to an incinerator. Once you have the one with the key, grab it and head into the elevator right outside this room. You’ll have to check out each one in the X-ray, but you’ll eventually find it in the Show Spoilers Unfortunately, even though it’s hidden in the stuffed bear in the photo, it’s actually in a different stuffed animal now. If you go behind it, Six will pull the lever then come join Mono so you can see their skeletons. Go up to it and interact with it, tuning it until you’re brought back into the long hallway. This will lead you into a room with another TV. Pick up the can and throw it at the button to open the door. You’ll have to push a button here to open the door in this room, so head to the vending machine and pull the lever to get something to throw. The end of this hallway is blocked, so head down the other hallway towards the door at the far right with light coming out of it. Then, backtrack and go through the door on the right. Continue moving forward into the next area.Īt the back of this room with the beds, you’ll find glitching remains. Toggle it on while navigating this next area, as the room is very dark. In this next room, you’ll find a flashlight on the ground. Hurry over to it and lift it open before the elevator falls, then crawl inside. Once it lowers a little, a vent will appear on the right. However, once you land on it, it’ll start to drop.
This will bring you into an elevator shaft. Then, take this fuse over to the far right end of the hallway where there’s another glowing light. Take out the white fuse in it, which will close the door behind you.
Once you enter the next building, you’ll notice a machine immediately when you come in with a light above it. Thankfully, Six will grab a hold of you so you don’t fall.įrom here, jump to the beds that are hanging and start climbing up. With Six’s help, push them open, but there’s nothing on the other side. Sneak past the gated area until you reach the double doors at the end of the hallway. Continue moving through the hallway here and underneath the bed ahead of you. After crawling through the window from outside, you’ll end up in the Hospital.
